July 2006	July 2-8 Summer Camp  - El Rancho Cima It was a concentrated week of basic Scout skills, Merit Badges and major league fun! Here are the pictures of our big trip. July 18 2006-2007 Planning Meeting for Troop Committee and Scout Leaders - Bring your calendars. All adults invited (kids too). The adults will create a calendar for the Scouts to use later as they plan their activities for the next 12 months. They will be choosing the monthly themes and places to go on their monthly campouts. July 25 - Meeting at STA,  Scout annual planning

May Our Theme is Fishing	May 2 - Troop Meeting - Bring your fishing equipment and Scout Handbook. May 9 - Troop Meeting at STA – TP&W Junior Training by TAMU Extension Service. Bring your fishing equipment and Scout Handbook. We will be working on our Junior Angler Certification. May 13 (Saturday) 8:00am meet at Southwood Valley Elementary to pass out Scouting for Food bags. This food goes to the Church Pantry and the Food Bank. Do a Good Turn Daily! May 16 Troop Meeting – Junior Angler Training, Click here to see our Fishing Clinic pictures May 19-20 - Lock-In at STA.  6PM in the Youth Room in the back of the new wing. Monty Python and the Pink Panther and Pizza and ??? May 20 (Saturday) 8:00am Meet at Southwood Valley to pick up Scouting for Food bags (May 23 NO TROOP MEETING (but Troop Committee Meeting) 7 pm STA May 30 - Troop Meeting - Plan for Campout - Bring your gear for a shakedown.

April 21-23 Campout.  Click here to see pictures of our campout to Hidalgo Falls - the only "Falls' on the Brazos River. April 25 - Patrol Leader Council.  All Scouts attended and we planned our May activities.
